Returns Policy

If the product is handmade and unique, like the poppets then we're really sorry but once they're adopted then they're yours. We'd hate to think of them being returned unloved.

Some products are made to order, if this applies then please be confident that you're sure the item is what you really want as we don't take returns on custom pieces

For all other products, please reply to the original order message to discuss options.
